LANSING — A West Jefferson teenager died late Wednesday night in a traffic accident on N.C. 194, according to the state Highway Patrol. Corey Lynn Dugger, 19, was traveling north in his Acura Integra shortly after 11 p.m. when he tried to pass a Ford Ranger driven by Travis Stewart, 30, of Crumpler, authorities said.
